Rimpllee has several commands available to make the ticket process easier in your community server. A list of the available commands can be found below.

Are you missing a command that you would like to see? Please contact our team and we might be able to help you and add your request in a future update.

All available ticket commands. (Note these are not the general commands.)

Close Command:

If a ticket is handled, you can close a ticket using the /close command. You can also enter a reason when you typed /close, this reason will be mentioned in your log channel and in the DM of the user why a ticket was closed. This reason is completely optional.

You can only use this command in an open ticket, so you cannot repeat or undo it in a channel. So pay close attention when closing a ticket.

Add Command:

Add users to an open ticket. This can be done via the /add command. Once you have typed this command, you will be given the option to add a user to the channel.

Once you have executed the ticket command, the user will have access to send messages, view the channel, and send attachments.

If you use this command too many times in a row, the user may not be added anymore because Discord has a certain Rate Limit set for these interactions.

Remove Command:

Remove users from an open ticket. This can be done via the /remove command. Once you have typed this command, you will be given the option to remove a user from the channel.

Once you execute the command the user will be completely stripped of all access to the channel.

If you use this command too many times in a row, the user may not be added anymore because Discord has a certain Rate Limit set for these interactions.

Rename Command:

If you wanted to give the ticket a different name, you can do so via the /rename command. Once you have entered this command, you will be given the option to enter your own entry. Here you can choose any name you want.

Renaming a ticket will not affect the channel permissions.

If you use this command too many times in a row, the user may not be added anymore because Discord has a certain Rate Limit set for these interactions.

Move Command:

If you wanted to move a ticket to another category, you can do so using the /move command. This way, you can move a channel to another category in your server without changing the permissions of a channel. This is of course ideal for maintaining a good overview.

Moving a ticket will not affect the channel permissions.

If you use this command too many times in a row, the user may not be added anymore because Discord has a certain Rate Limit set for these interactions.
