The most important feature in Rimpllee Lifetime is of course that all public messages will be sent via your own bot! We will send the ticket panel and opening message in a ticket with your server name and your server logo!
This feature is automatically unlocked once you purchase Rimpllee Lifetime! We always recommend reinstalling your ticket panel.
You have the option to add 5 ticket panels to your server. The standard is 2 panels. This option is available via the command: /ticketpanel! There the third, fourth & fifth box will be unlocked.
In Rimpllee Lifetime you also get the option to add more options in your ticket panel. Instead of 5 categories you can add 10! This way you can give all users more options to ask their question!
This option will become available once you are creating the ticket panel, when selecting the number of categories you can scroll down here and choose 5-10 categories!
Do you like emojis on your buttons? Then Rimpllee Lifetime is the package for you. You get the option to add emojis to the buttons below the panel.
We supply some emojis as standard and we also load the custom emojis from your own server!
By default it is possible to add 2 questions to a button, but this is of course not optimal. For example, with Rimpllee Lifetime you can add up to 5 questions per button. This is of course so that the user can ask an even more complete question before opening the ticket!
You can activate this option by doing /ticketpanel and clicking Button Questions!
One of the most popular features among Rimpllee users is the dropdown function in the ticket panels. You can unlock this with Rimpllee Lifetime! You can simply do /ticketpanel and edit the panel.
There you have the option to convert your panel to a dropdown panel! Would you rather have buttons? Then you can easily get them back by pressing the same button!
