Step 1: Invite

To start with, you must of course invite Rimpllee to your server. You do this by clicking on the link below. If you use this link, Rimpllee will also immediately join the server with the correct permissions!

Once you have invited Rimpllee you can continue to Step 2! There we will actually start creating your ticket panel! And we start by creating server roles/categories.

Step 2: Roles & Category

To get started, create the roles and categories that you actually need for your ticket panel. Consider the category: General Support and the role: Support Team!

You can skip this step if you already have a category and role for your ticket system!

  1. You create the category by right-clicking in your channel list and clicking on: "Create Category"

  2. You can create a role by going to roles in your server settings and creating a new role.

Once you have done these two things you can move on to Step 3!

Step 3: Create a Panel

Use the command: /ticketpanel to start setting up your ticket panel! You can create 2 standard ticket panels for your server! Click the + sign to create a new panel!

Step 4: Start Creating

You will then be given the option to click on + New Panel or Tutorial Video! Click on + New Panel! To start creating your ticket panel.

Once you click on that you should see the message below. Here you can select how many categories you want to be associated with the panel. You can choose up to 5 categories by default and if you have Rimpllee Premium you can choose more than 5 categories!

Step 5: Button Name

Now that you have chosen how many categories you want to add to the panel. You will be asked 3 questions per category so that I know exactly which name, roles and category should be linked to the button.

Only 1 category was used for this tutorial. Once you have completed a category, the same question will be asked again for the additional categories.

You will now be asked what name should be given to this category. You can provide this name by clicking on Start First Category. As soon as you click on this you will get a pop-up where you can enter the name.

Step 6: Button Roles

Once you have provided the name, you will be asked which role(s) should be added to the category. These roles will only be added to this button. If you have more categories, different roles will be added per category if you choose so!

The first role you select will be the role that is tagged when the ticket opens.

Press the dropdown to get a list of all roles in your server. You can choose a maximum of 5. These roles will be added when a user opens a ticket via this category.

Step 7: Button Category

Once you have indicated which roles should be added to this category. You now have to indicate in which category the channel should open. Press the dropdown below the post to see all available categories in your server!

Step 8: Send Panel

Once you have submitted this category you are ready to post your ticket panel! Press the Send Panel button to send the panel to your server!

If you chose multiple categories at the start, you will go through steps 5, 6 & 7 again!

Your ticket panel is now available to everyone in your server! Would you have liked to personalize the panel? Then click the button below to go to the personalization page! ↴
